The Blackpool Arts Department ethos is to develop an import and export of talented artists. Members will be nominated as well as open to submission.

Membership is not exclusively for Blackpool residents and encourages links through out the UK and abroad.All positions within the Organisation will be held voluntarily.

Decisions and control of expenditure will be the responsibility of the Director and reviewed every year by a selected committee of three.

Blackpool Arts Department will function as a non- for -profit organisation and will provide accounts to show income and expenditure to its members.
